Delivery
Rights
Risk of loss or damage shall pass to the buyer upon delivery in accordance with DAP Incoterms® 2020.
Check
The buyer should check the goods immediately upon receipt. Any visible damage, shortages or discrepancies must be noted on the carrier's receipt and reported in writing to both the carrier and the seller within 24 hours, including clear photographs.
Transport damage
Hidden transport damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Otherwise
In the absence of timely notification, the delivery shall be deemed correctly and completely accepted, and any liability of the seller for transport damage or missing goods shall lapse.
Return policy
Right of withdrawal
you have the right to be within 14 days after receipt of your order to cancel the sale, without reason and without penalty.
Condition of products
Returns can only be made if the product is returned in original condition: Undamaged, unused and complete with all accessories, labels and documentation, original packaging must be intact, if several identical products have been purchased, only one may be opened - the rest must remain sealed.
Exceptions
Products with signs of use, damage or incomplete packaging will not be accepted.
Cost
The customer pays the shipping costs and bears the risk during transport.
Procedure
Within 14 days of receipt, complete the standard withdrawal form and send it to the e-mail address provided.
The product must then be returned to the specified return address within the specified time limit.
Refund
Once the product is received correctly, the purchase amount will be refunded to the same payment method/bank account within 14 days.
